The Truest King personally funded a Grand Parade to build a stronghold just north of the Kingdom in the mineral rich low mountains for the Dwaran people.
The Broken Kingdom would formally respond with defending armies should the Dwaran come under attack.
The Dwaran would use their forward position to keep the Kingdom informed of hostile movements.
The Dwaran would trade their produced metal directly to the Cathedral in return for food, textiles, and other needful things.
The Dwaran stronghold would include personal chambers for the Truest King and his retinue should they visit.
The Dwaran stronghold would be counted among the personal property of the Truest King, exempting it from any future taxation by the Broken Kingdom or hostile military action.
